i have lost

so much weight!! im so happy!! All I have been doing is eating right!! I haven’t even started working out … this is the first time in a very long time that i can look at myself and be happy! <3

Ive let myself down

The past 2 days i went over my calorie limit… by a lot. I hope i didnt ruin everything! I can tell you it was not healthy…. now i feel so groggy and nasty…and yesterday i just felt greasy. The one thing i stay dedicated to was my water intake. But today was a new day and here i sit with 230 calories left :)
